Shipping Policy
At Official Benny Jay Merchandise, we offer a mix of on-demand merch and personally packed items — all delivered with care.
Order Types
We currently ship two types of products:
- Print-on-demand items (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, mugs):
- Printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner Printify
- Shipped directly from the print provider’s nearest location
- Usually sent separately from other items
- Manually fulfilled items (e.g., CDs, vinyl records, signed merch):
- Personally handled, packed, and shipped by Benny Jay or the team
- May take a little longer, but comes with a personal touch
Processing Time
- Printify items: 2–7 business days to print before shipping
- Manual items: Up to 7–14 business days for packing and posting (especially for limited edition or signed goods)
Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–28 business days
- Australia & International: 7–28 business days
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on item type, location, or seasonal volume.
Tracking Your Order
- You'll receive a tracking link via email once your item ships (for both Printify and manual orders).
- If items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on your items ordered.
- Orders with both Printify and manual items may show split shipping rates.
Multiple Packages
Because we use both Printify and our own inventory, your items may arrive in separate packages, especially if you’ve ordered a mix of apparel and physical music products.
Delays & Delivery Issues
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, delays can happen due to:
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- High-volume periods (holidays)
If your order is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, just contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
