Refunds & Returns Policy

At Official Benny Jay Merchandise, every item is made to order just for you. As we use on-demand production through trusted partners like Printify, our returns and refund process works a little differently than traditional stores. Here's how it goes:

If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect

We’ve got you covered!

  • What to do: Email us at info@bennyjay.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • What we need: A photo clearly showing the issue, along with your order number.

  • What happens next: We’ll work with Printify to get you a free reprint or full refund.

Wrong Size / Change of Mind

Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You changed your mind

  • You prefer a different color or style after receiving it

Order Didn’t Arrive

If your order says “delivered” but didn’t show up:

  • Check your mailbox, neighbors, or local delivery office first.

  • Still missing? Reach out to us — we’ll help track it down and explore solutions.

Returns

We don’t currently accept physical returns for on-demand items. However:

  • If a package is undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery), it may be returned to Printify’s facility or to a custom return address we’ve set up.

  • In special cases, we may manually handle a return — if so, we’ll contact you to coordinate.

Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method within 28 business days.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of misprint, damage, or delivery error.
