Refunds & Returns Policy
At Official Benny Jay Merchandise, every item is made to order just for you. As we use on-demand production through trusted partners like Printify, our returns and refund process works a little differently than traditional stores. Here's how it goes:
If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect
We’ve got you covered!

What to do: Email us at info@bennyjay.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

What we need: A photo clearly showing the issue, along with your order number.

What happens next: We’ll work with Printify to get you a free reprint or full refund.
Wrong Size / Change of Mind
Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

You ordered the wrong size

You changed your mind
-
You prefer a different color or style after receiving it
Order Didn’t Arrive
If your order says “delivered” but didn’t show up:

Check your mailbox, neighbors, or local delivery office first.

Returns
We don’t currently accept physical returns for on-demand items. However:

If a package is undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery), it may be returned to Printify’s facility or to a custom return address we’ve set up.

In special cases, we may manually handle a return — if so, we’ll contact you to coordinate.
Refund Timing

Approved refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method within 28 business days.

Refunds are only issued in cases of misprint, damage, or delivery error.
